(More customer reviews)I purchased these from the Medicine Shoppe through Amazon, only to find that the product does not work on my 2 digital TVs. When I contacted the manufacturer directly, I was told that TV Ears may not work with newer digital TVs. So I called the vendor. Pressing "1" for Customer Service sent me to a fax machine (twice). So I left a voice mail one week ago but still have not heard from them. I am hoping Amazon will not let me down. Their service up to this point has been impeccable.
