(More customer reviews)I purchased this headset to replace my retractable Macally one. This headset requires that you pull both ends to extract evenly. Used properly, it's fairly reliable, with decent sound quality. Not for use with desktops that sit on the ground, as the cord measures only 32" from jack to earpiece. The clip is 5" away from the jack and stationary, which is probably meant to clip to your pants with the music device in your pocket.
