(More customer reviews)I really liked the headphones.Not that I have owned others to compare them to.My problem stems from the fact that they broke, probably because I sweated on them when I ran and the moisture over time caused them to quit working altogether.It's a bit ironic that they call them "Sport" headphones if they can't handle several months worth of workouts.Anyhow, I tried to contact the manufacturer for replacement, but the toll free number they included has been disconnected.I also tried a sales number from the package, and it also seems to have been disconnected.I filled out a form on the iTech's website asking them how to obtain warranty service, but no response.I guess these are OK as long as you don't need customer service for any reason.
