(More customer reviews)The distance was fantastic, the flexibility of hands-free is excellent, but the volume in the earpiece was incredibly annoying. I turned the volume down to the minimum, and it was still way too loud. When I talked, I could hear my voice amplified. The other end of the call could hear me fine, and I could hear the caller fine as well. However, I had my wife and son both try the headset, and they both couldn't tolerate the high volume either.Also, if you turn the '-' volume several times, then the device goes into mute, which stinks because I couldn't figure out how to get out of this mode until I killed the wireless connection and reconnected.
