(More customer reviews)I am not sure why others have rated these low.I own both these and the original surge headphones as well as several of the H2O Audio cases and have had no problems whatsoever with the quality or durability.The sound is spectacular underwater and with the wide variety of earplugs that come with the phones, I had no problem finding just the right pair to fit my ears
